If I could give this salon 0 stars, I would! The manager (Debbie Vela) and the district manager only care about money and not satisfaction. I went in on 3/30 and had blond highlights done. I went home that night and saw the highlights didn't reach to my scalp, I had major bleeds from the foils and my highlights were uneven. I went back 3/31 for a refund and Debbie told me that my scalp was dyed. Lies. I showed her photos and she told me to go sit at her chair. She acknowledged the mistake and said she would fix it. Two years ago, a friend and I went to this place and got our hair cut. Turned out really great. A month ago I went back but the ladies who had once worked there were gone. My hair was very long, since I hadn't had it cut for 2 yrs. The new girl hacked my hair so bad! She didn't do it the way I wanted it at all. I've let it grow out some but it's still so short. I told my best friend about this salon a few years ago when she wanted to get an a- line haircut, she told the stylist that she wanted an extra long a-line to her shoulders but the stylist cut it down to the middle of her neck, and also did a really bad job with the hair cut over all.
