After buying a ring, they offered to clean it from time to time. The couple of times we went in we were treated horrible!!! The owner's son likes to argue and yell a lot! The whole family is very rude!!! We have never even complained. He is the one that sold us an engagement ring with a big huge flaw!!! Bad quality jewelry, and a bad attitude!!! don't waste your money!

Never having sold anything before, I went in feeling a little hesitant. Thought I would have to haggle and argue to get a price and that I was still not going to be happy. Checked prices and did homework beforehand to get a ballpark estimate of where it should come in at. I was surprised to get a completely fair and generous offer right away and it came in much higher than initially expected. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning to conduct more business with them!

Nice assortment. Some pricing was off (in my opinion) and when I asked if they were firm on a specific item the man said, maybe if you were buying a $500.00 item I would be willing to negotiate but this is cheap. While I can agree that $50 could be considered cheap in this kind of market, that doesn't mean I want to overpay if the item just isn't worth it. So I didn't. Purchased a lovely bracelet from here a few weeks ago. I went back today to have a gold chain shortened. It took them about 30-40 minutes. All around their prices are reasonable and I can’t wait to go back for my next piece.
