Brought my pearl necklace here to get new string after it broke after having it for 20+years without any problems. Within a week the string broke and my pearls fell everywhere, some were lost. When I went back to complain he said it was my own fault and would charge me full repair price again!. I didn't agree and went elsewhere. I will never do business with them again. They did not do a good job.

They replaced my strap and battery in 10 minutes. Reasonably priced
Their jewelry is not good quality for the price and they don’t have good customer service. I bought a $100 ring and 3 jewels fell out after wearing it once. She said I’d have to pay for new jewels to be put in ($10 each).
