The quality of the necklace I bought for my girlfriend is far from what I desired. The Chinese lady there was also very rude, rushing me to purchase something and she would mutter some mandarin words under her breath. I feel like she was cussing me out even though I was taking the reasonable time to choose out an expensive piece of jewelry. After all that I paid for an overpriced piece of shoddy metal. Horrible service and products. DO NOT spend your money or time here.
Brought my pearl necklace here to get new string after it broke after having it for 20+years without any problems. Within a week the string broke and my pearls fell everywhere, some were lost. When I went back to complain he said it was my own fault and would charge me full repair price again!. I didn't agree and went elsewhere. I will never do business with them again. They did not do a good job.
