This guy Raj is a very rude man. I told him I would like to see his products and he was accommodating the first time. I did not have the pay at the time. The second time I came to see his products he showed very POOR customer service skills. He did not allow me to see his products and denied me entry to the store. Even though I had money. DONT EVER IN YOUR LIFE GO HERE. Store should go BANRUPT!
Never go to this person to get a ring made. He uses abusive language with his clients. I first gave him a stone, and even after checking the size twice, he made the ring in the wrong size. After that, he returned my ring with a crack in it. He is not taking any accountability for the damage. He charges very high prices but does not deliver good quality work. This was a complete waste of money and time. I strongly recommend not visiting his shop.
The guy is super rude . Worst experience ever . Never recommend to go here . They charge extra and say abusive wards and he don’t take accountability for products .
Do not recommend this place too buy jewelery. There jewelery is not what its claim to be, dont be fooled by the looks. It is cheap quality. I got a silver ring and a diamond came out of it, went back and the owner replaced with another ring. Had to resize it, and the shape of the ring does not look good. Also got a $1500 gold bracelet, I wear it often because its suppose to be real gold right?
