It was super easy to book an appointment online. Jimmy is such a friendly and welcoming person. I have anxiety and was worried about going somewhere new, but he made me really comfortable. We chatted the whole time, and it wasn't that fake forced conversation I'm used to when I get my hair cut. He is also crazy good at what he does.
