Geeta Kapur – the customer bought the blouse off of a display from J. Crew. She showed me the pinholes where they had pinned it to the mannequin. After Cleaning she accused me of putting a hole in the blouse under the arm. Out of customer service I offered to sew it up for her. The hole was about 2mm. under the arm near the seam and any novice seamstress could have fixed it. The customer could not understand that J. TERRIBLE SERVICE & DAMAGED SILK – John the owner is rude, defensive and does not know how to handle silk. My brand new blouse was burned and torn and instead of offering to pay for it, he only gave me a refund on the cleaning but was very angry because he knew they had damaged my expensive blouse. With so many cleaners, choose another.
great customer service. prices were reasonable. Highly recommended – quality, service, price=== they had it all. thanks perfect image for saving my silk dress. I will be back.
