I'm rating perfect ibrowz 2 stars only because Sonia does an outstanding job with threading. however, a few years ago I had a wedding to go to and needed my eyebrows done. I called ahead to make an appointment which I thought would be easy since she knows who I am (I was going to her for YEARS). but since I hadn't been in a few months she told me she has a new system and is no longer accepting new customers.
