It states complimentary neck trims but you still end up getting charged $7 for a trim. Not sure if the employee is trying to scam people adding that charge on top of the tip but it’s not worth it. Sloppy trim on top of that
I check the app and put my name on the list; I enter the shop and am warmly welcomed as I sign in. When called, I am offered a seat and the receipt shows how I have had my hair cut before. Asley gave me a great haircut, with just the right amount of positive interaction and conversation. An entirely positive experience thanks to a great staff, especially Ashley at yesterday's visit
