Horrible experience! The staff was VERY unprofessional (especially the owner, Mel- he was rude and degrading). It took forever to get an appointment there, and once I finally got one, I waited almost half an hour before being helped! Dirty place and a huge waste of money. Do NOT buy any groupons, living social deals, etc for this place. I will be contacting BBB to report them.
Worst SPA experience ever! The owner, Mel, is completely unprofessional. We bought a living social deal for the gel mani/pedi and the gel didn't last more than a week. The appointment was at 6:30 and we didn't get out of there until after 9. Very slow service and poor communication from all the staff. We were basically forced/tricked into booking another service with them. We went back for a facial/massage and had to wait an hour for our appointment because they were behind. Wonderful new business in a great location. They answered the phone right away and got me scheduled that day for a 60 min massage! GREAT ambiance and atmosphere, very relaxing and reviving...just what I needed that day. Much better experience than other places I have been in Minneapolis. Planning on getting a massage there monthly now, and will often indulge in the facial and nail treatment as well! My complexion has been amazing since my last facial! I kept seeing Perfect Getaways listings on living social and other coupon sites, so I decided to give them a try. The place is in a decent location and has easy access to downtown, but I will NEVER go there EVER again. The place is poorly ran!!! Papers all over the front desk, rap music playing, there are speaker wires running out the ceiling, the hardwood floor are always dirty and they have the nerve to have a (Remove Your Shoes) sign!!!
