Joined Perfect Fit Wellness Center in September. I've lost 14 lbs, taken off my blood pressure medicine and feel better than I have in a decade. I owe all of that to David. HIs Boot Camp program is exactly what I needed. Small classes, personalized attention, and a warm and friendly club have made a difference for me. Highly recommend.
Great gym with the most knowledgeable, positive and intelligent fitness instructor I've met. Everyone in the Colorado Springs/Falcon area not coming here is doing themselves a disservice, I recommend the boot camp and yoga classes
I attended the yoga retreat in Costa Rica with David, and was really impressed. His knowledge of the human anatomy and explanation of how yoga postures support the body's optimization was really helpul. Really grateful for the experience and i definitely do it agai!
