I love this place it has made such a difference in my life. David is an awesome trainer! I am dealing with a brain injury and David is working with me and encouraging me not only my body strength but my mind and spirit as well. Thank you David!
David has been a super instructor for all the ladies that moved over when Curves closed down. He has really set up great programs for us and gives awesome advise on wellness. Thank you David

I am so glad I found Perfect Fit. It feels like home because everyone is so welcoming and supportive to all ages and abilities. I love driving past the fields of horses and jack rabbits on the way to class. It puts me in a good mindset and shuts down stress. This wellness center is a perfect fit for me.

I have been so blessed to have found Perfect Fit Wellness Center! I have wanted a place like this for years. Since I have started about 6 months ago, I have been felt more alive, more energetic, have a sense of well-being, and lost 8 to 9 lbs so far. In addition, I have received comments about how good I look, more trimmed down. Our instructor is the very best, in my opinion.
