The promised common room was pretty much used as a storage for management and was never open. The paint they used to cover nail holes did not match the rest of the house. They ignored important maintenance requests for months including entire strips of floor boards which had come completely out of the floor before we moved in and a huge leak in the ceiling. These never ended up getting them resolved. Lastly, they sold the complex a couple months after moving in with little notice to the tenants. This caused even longer delay... read more
