Brian is the most knowledgeable trainer I’ve worked with.
This was my first time trying cryotherapy. I have a ankle/arm issue and wa a looking for some holistic options for pain management. This was an amazing experience. The owner made me feel very comfortable and kept me engaged so I didn't focus so much on the three minutes of freezing temps lol. I felt very energized after the treatment until Evening. Then I slept like a baby. Great prices, five star customer service and amazing product. Highly recommend!
Excellent facility. Bryan is an expert and knows his stuff! So happy to be getting strong.
I am finished with three of my 10 personal training sessions and I really do feel much better(once I get past the pain). I can see my progress and am anxious to see how I feel after all 10 sessions! I am going for strength and stability. Old age zaps you in those areas. :)
