I am finished with three of my 10 personal training sessions and I really do feel much better(once I get past the pain). I can see my progress and am anxious to see how I feel after all 10 sessions! I am going for strength and stability. Old age zaps you in those areas. :) Additional information posted: I am finished with all 10 sessions and have experienced a wonderful result! The pain in my back which I have had for years, is completely gone! Because of that, I have more strength. Very, very pleased.

This is the best place for wellness and fitness in Muncie, hands down. Bryan is knowledgable, passionate, and dedicated to helping his clients. I have a very specific physical constraint and he came up with a modified program that works for my needs and very busy schedule. Also, the sauna is a game changer! Perfect Fit Plus is innovative, welcoming, and caters to all fitness goals and levels.
