Had an on demand hot water tank fail (meaning no hot water in the home). I explained what the issue was and they sent someone out Dec 18/22 however, the person they sent was confused as to why he was even sent; they don't have much to do with these residential units, so why even send him then? I received an invoice Jan 18/23 (almost a month later) saying that they should quote a repair/new install. Keep in mind I never received a quote or any contact from them up until then, so I have no hot water for a month and I get an in... read more
