This studio and the staff are amazing!! If you are looking for hands on guidance this is the place for you. One of the things I love the most is no fancy equipment real workouts you can actually do at home also! So you get real results! Check them out!! You will love it too!!
Dropped in for an infrared sauna session today in preparation for an upcoming half marathon. Facility was fantastic, Tricia(the owner) and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely going back!
I had never tried the personal trainer experience. I let gym anxiety keep me from working out for far too long until I found perfect fit . I actually look forward to waking up early starting my day with a killer workout in a calm private environment. Tricia, Fran, Dylan, the whole staff makes the experience fun and motivating. I’m feeling better than I have in years. This was going to be a short term thing for me… but I decided that my health was worth this investment. I am hooked!
