Dropped in for an infrared sauna session today in preparation for an upcoming half marathon. Facility was fantastic, Tricia(the owner) and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely going back!
I had never tried the personal trainer experience. I let gym anxiety keep me from working out for far too long until I found perfect fit . I actually look forward to waking up early starting my day with a killer workout in a calm private environment. Tricia, Fran, Dylan, the whole staff makes the experience fun and motivating. Perfect Fit is the Perfect place! If you feel stuck, if you want to get healthy, if you want to be strong, if you just want to feel better, this is the place for you! I had to ask myself how much my health was really worth to me. I answered this by devoting just two days a week to Perfect Fit. I would go more often if I had the time. No noisy crowded gym just you and your trainer and maybe one other person with their trainer. I have some injuries that I had to work around and Perfect Fit helped me do it!
