I had my eyebrows threaded here today. When I arrived, there were two people waiting ahead of me. I asked Simran, who eventually did my threading, how long it might take for my turn. She replied, “I'm done with her (the client she was working on), and you’ll be next.” I assumed the two women ahead of me were waiting for other services, so I expected to be called right after. eyebrows were shaped beautifully- thank you for that! Unfortunately, the leg waxing didn’t go as well for me this time. I experienced a pretty painful burn on both legs, which makes me think the waxing technique may have been off. Just wanted to share my experience in case it helps improve future services
Strange experience - eyebrows are uneven now. I went in for an eyebrow wax, which they started, but then without asking me at all, she also started threading my eyebrow. Normally people choose over the other; because of preference. Then when I got to the register she charged me for a completely different thing making my bill almost double what it should have been.
