My appointment was for 3:30pm and I arrived a half an hour early. When I arrived, there were no clerk and the dentist, Dr. Alazzawi, walked past me to go outside. The establishment didn't look that clean either. 15 minutes later, the dentist returned but still no clerk. I called them on my cell and the clerk picked up the phone immediately (strange).
