Terrible customer service. I had a cleaning and xrays dine 2 months ago at that time I scheduled a extraction date. My insurance info was given at time of first appointment and was covered. I arrived st my9 am Appointment around 8:45. At 9:30 the girl at desk hands me paperwork fir todays visit and then informs me the oral surgeon is out of network and im going to have to pay out of pocket .
