Terrible customer service. I had a cleaning and xrays dine 2 months ago at that time I scheduled a extraction date. My insurance info was given at time of first appointment and was covered. I arrived st my9 am Appointment around 8:45. At 9:30 the girl at desk hands me paperwork fir todays visit and then informs me the oral surgeon is out of network and im going to have to pay out of pocket . Terrible customer service.. I wouldn't recommend going there. They take your money then won't return your calls..
Its been a couple years & I must say I've held on due to the pandemic and giving them a chance to rectify the unprofessionalism and overbilling. All 3 of my kids were signed up for services. After they took bunch of x-rays, including panoramic x-rays they decided the treatment plan of extractions and braces. They put braces on even when I had my reservations on not all 4 teeth have been extracted they said it didn't matter.
