Everyone is uncomfortable with the new owner. People are starting to look elsewhere for another salon where they will feel welcome. I even heard that she was talking negative about a client who had a lump on her head....that was not being professional. People will stop going there.
Ive been coming to this salon since i was a little girl with my mother as well as into part of my young adulthood. Theres a new owner and her mother is one of the stylist. The mother did my haircut. I was coming in for a haircut/ style to refresh my look. I SPECIFICALLY SHOWED an exact photo of what i wanted ( the butterfly haircut . 3rd photo). The pricing of the cut alone was $40 (fine no complaints) and then she wanted to charge $40 EXTRA for a blow dry. I told her thats too expensive for just a simple blow out so I didnt... read more
