I can't even give one star but had no choice, was only way it would let me post this. After asking for highlights, I got fried hair and she didn't even get close to my scalp and now have lines. Wouldn't even refund money after screwing it up and showing them the lines. My hair is horrible and now have to pay even more just to have it fixed.....AND CUT because it is so fried. I only wish I could post a picture on this page for all to see.
