Daniel really understands wavy, thin, gray hair. She has been the only one who knows how to cut my hair right!!! Very important!

The manager shows preferential treatment towards a specific type of clients. I walked in, got checked in, asked if I could return when they were close to finishing those ahead of me. She said yes, but when I returned, she was still working on those ahead of me and told me I lost my place. There were lots of YT clients and it was obvious she was doing it for them. 4 attempts to go there and only 1 person working. She ignores people when they come in and today, at 9:05, she just looked at me through the window and didn't bother to open! DONE!
