The manager shows preferential treatment towards a specific type of clients. I walked in, got checked in, asked if I could return when they were close to finishing those ahead of me. She said yes, but when I returned, she was still working on those ahead of me and told me I lost my place. There were lots of YT clients and it was obvious she was doing it for them. 4 attempts to go there and only 1 person working. She ignores people when they come in and today, at 9:05, she just looked at me through the window and didn't bother to open! DONE!

I took my son here for a perm after not being able to find anyone else to do it for a reasonable price. Danielle was amazing with him and did such a great job on his perm and his cut. The place was very clean and friendly. I will be bringing my kids here for their haircuts from now on and can’t believe I didn’t discover it sooner.
