I’ve used them a few times through the years with great success. However now they never return calls, they blew off a scheduled consult today with no call or warning. Down hill since John sold the company.
Recently had 2 closets completed in our primary bedroom. The design process was efficient and very straightforward. Scheduling was quick - and Wade communicated well in advance, throughout and after the install. Installation was next level excellent. Ezequiel was phenomenal. Not only was he highly efficient on the install, he was incredibly detailed. Working with Drew and the perfect closet team was an amazing experience. I would recommend them to anyone.
Unfortunately we set up a consultation for someone to come out last week. They called morning of to reschedule because they had to go help on another job. Fast forward to today, they were suppose to give us a consultation for our walk in closet at 2pm. No call no show. It’s a shame because it looks like they have a great product.
