Fourth time using Perfect Closets in Melbourne area. They did not disappoint. Very professional team, high attention to detail and when I needed some schedule flexibility, no problem. Installation was seamless and very well done.
I’ve used them a few times through the years with great success. However now they never return calls, they blew off a scheduled consult today with no call or warning. Down hill since John sold the company.
Recently had 2 closets completed in our primary bedroom. The design process was efficient and very straightforward. Scheduling was quick - and Wade communicated well in advance, throughout and after the install. Installation was next level excellent. Ezequiel was phenomenal. Not only was he highly efficient on the install, he was incredibly detailed.
