Woke up on a cold December morning to no heat. I have dealt with Perfect Climate for years ... called them at 5:30 am ... by 7:15 am a tech arrived ... by 7:45 they had our system back up and running. That's just good service!
I discovered my heat was not working on New Year’s Eve- and it was really cold out. Joe walked me through a few steps over the phone to determine what the issue was, which needed a part. One of his employees, Josh, was at my door early on New Years Day to fix the problem. The part he had on his truck ended up not being a fit so he drove many miles up the Parkway to get the right part and then install so I was up and running. They really went above and beyond to help me!
Professional, courteous, quick and reasonable...have NEVER failed us! It's 18° outside, their schedules are loaded, our malfunctioned and the house was freezing...without a thought, they added us to their schedules and resolved our heating problem...warm house, warm family, warm pets and happy Mama! Thank you Perfect Climate!

The East Keansburg Fire department would like to thank perfect climate for there fast response to our needs of replacing our old boiler system that failed on us.. they replaced the boiler system in a timely manner with such professionalism.. with the cold and Winter coming upon us we were in desperate need for them to be fast so our water tanks on our apparatus wouldn't freeze!
