Omitted in his inspection report, whether purposely or due to the lack of experience, multiple and severe problems with a townhouse that I purchased, e.g. the faulty whole HVAC system, water heater, dishwasher, garage gates, etc. Albeit the inspector was made aware of the post-purchase problems with his inspection and the system repairs receipt, the inspector refused to admit the flaws and reimburse for the faulty inspection. If you decide to hire this inspector, make sure that you pay him with a credit card only!
