My mother is still struggling to get issues addressed with a stand up shower she had installed Nov of 2021. Over $12,000 paid in full and she still has a shower door that doesn't line up with the frame or base and leaks. We feel totally helpless. They show up, half handle the issue then complain we keep asking for help. I hope they read this recommendation and reach out to make it right. It has been more than a year. As long as this review is here I would not recommend spending any money with them.
This company used a subcontractor to complete my roof, the derecho came the same day they tore the roof off.... it literally rained inside my house. Almost every ceiling has damage, new couch has damage, insulation, drywall, everything damaged! Perfect choice assured me they would take care of it and they have insurance. I wanted to install new windows and a friend recommended that I try out Perfect Choice. I am glad I took his advice. Their installers did a nice job, and they installed the windows in a very short time.
Definitely deserving of a 5-star. The quality of their work speaks for them.
