This was the second time using them. First experience was great they were early, fixed the issue right away and the price was reasonable. This time around I am very disappointed I have been waiting for hours for them to show up and have messaged and called them several time and haven't gotten a reply or call back. Just a no show. I am seriously disappointed they could have at least let me know if they couldn't have made it out.
This company is awesome! They drove across (and I mean from their location to Bell rd and I 10 to HELP US! Did I say HELP! Air was limping along and without hesitation had it working even better in record time. Pleasant, efficient, fair, friendly, masters of air conditioning and need I say more! They are my go to!
Had an emergency about a month ago- unit was blowing warm air. Had the same issue the previous summer, the servicemen couldn’t seem to solve the issue so this time I decided to call Perfect Choice. I was not excepting them to answer because it was Sunday, they picked up after two rings and took a look at my unit the very next day. My unit randomly stopped working while I was at work one day, so I called Perfect Choice A/C. They were able to come out right away, figured out my fan motor was out, and replaced it in under 30 minutes. I highly recommend them!
