Basement is dry for the first time since we bought the place. Most of the day was spent digging at the window well and tying in a new drain to the existing line, that was all it took. i had been quoted a full interior system by somebody else and it wasn't cheap. these people looked at where the water actually came in first. big difference in how that room smells now too.
First meeting they listened to what we actually wanted instead of pushing a template. Work stayed on track and the space came out great! Basement went from storage dump to somewhere we actually hang out now.
Turned our finished basement into a real living space with a spare room and a little bar area.Tge finished result looks like it was always a part of the house. Really solid work on the floors especially.
