Sam has been to my home over several years to fix my air conditioning and is always successful at making it cooler. Last time was after having roofing and new stucco so he thoroughly washed the AC unit outside. Now I had him out because a fan was very noisy with both the AC and heat. He always returns the call right away and books appt. a day or two out, gives me a time and is on time! Sam is the most knowledgeable and honest person you'll come across. He's thorough with his work and doesn't cut corners whilst making sure you're not spending unnecessarily. Would highly recommend Sam for hvac repairs, service or a new system, all of which he's helped us with over the years.
Great service. Great price. Sam is very professional and aims to do everything the precise way it should be done. The cuts for the vents were clean and required minimal repairs. It helps that Sam has a friendly attitude and always greets you with a smile. I highly recommend Perfect Air Systems for whatever your HVAC needs are.
