I usually go here to get my hair braided but my last experience was terrible! I called and asked how much was the style the gave me one price. I came in and they changed the price which is fine. The lady who did my hair asked me twice what I wanted (so she knew exactly what I wanted). She totally braids my hair wrong. I asked for knotless butt length braids. I had an appointment today at 1:00 pm and was seated at that exact time. The young lady that did my hair in today was very nice and respectful. Her and another lady also working at the shop teamed my hair and I was out by 5:00 pm. I was very surprised when she said I was finished. I loved the finished product it was very neat and they did a great job. I will definitely will be coming back because the work was great as well as prices affordable.
Been going here for years and always pleased with my braids.
