I had the worst experience with these guys, I set up a replacement and never got called to set up a appointment. Then when I finally got ahold of them, come to find out they are not even really doing the work twin cities auto glass is. Something fishy about that, but I let it be. I have a brand new car so I asked for dealer glass and they said they would call me back once they got it approved by State Farm and I still have yet to hear from them and this was several months ago. These guys have serviced two of my windshields now, both of which have needed full replacement. Extremely smooth operation, quality work, fluid communication with my insurance company.
