Could not be happier! Dar and his team came out and installed a new roof on our 1962 home. The job only took them a day to complete which most roofing companies take at least 2 days. His team was very professional and courteous. They took the time to cover my plants and lay tarps to gather debris and nails. There is an addition on the house with lists of weathered damage which they took the time to repair and correct. I contacted Perez Roofing due to a roof leak. Dar came out the next day to inspect the areas of concern and provided a quote. He was patient, personable, and answered all my questions in detail. I'm not a very handy person, so I appreciated how he broke it down to the basics. I also appreciated that he was not pushy/salesy (other roofers tried to upsell). The quote was reasonably priced. Dar and his colleague completed the repair. They were punctual and professional.
