This practice is not professional. Dr. Raul Perez was not thorough. The Nurse-Asst was rough, didn't say please, thank you. Office front counter didn't say please, thank you. Front door locked, no sign to use back entrance. When phoned at door, call wasn't answered. Doctor and Nurse speak in loud voice to summon patients. No means to take blood or urine to be sent to laboratory. I expected better.
The worst doctors ever. They are always in a rush to see you. Dr. Perez gets extremely rude and angry if you go to another doctor without his referral. The secretaries are unprofessional, they talk amongst each other when you’re standing right in front of them. They changed locations and didn’t call or mail a letter stating they were moving. The worst part is they schedule you for a certain time and don’t see you until 2 hours later. Plan to stay there all day.
