He engaged in dishonest behavior and repeatedly called the police on me. The apartments themselves are in a state of disrepair. The sinks in all four units I have occupied do not drain properly, the floors are peeling, and there are severe roach infestations. Great place for the money, awesome location. Landlord is very personable and accommodating. Quiet neighborhood. Friendly neighbors.
Guys an absolute slum lord as seen by the fact he only has 3 reviews and one he left himself the apartments are completely ran down albert perez has made explicit comments to and around my children almost nothing works and good luck getting him to fix literally anything we just moved in and we are already moving out not to mention if your Woman is home alone he will make explicit remarks to her and your children be careful with this guy
This is by far the worst place in corpus to live I absolutely urge anybody that is thinking about moving here to strongly rethink their decision. There are holes everywhere, literally nothing in half of the apartments work. I ended up having to replace my own outlets. Because Albert Perez refused to also all of the doors in my apartment were held on. With one inch screws so the third or fourth time you open the door it would fall off.
