This particular dentist is not in my network, but that 's ok. He was professional, kind, and took his time with me; despite a disgruntled patron I could hear from the waiting room. The hygienist recommended another toothpaste brand and I have been using it since my appointment a few days ago and my teeth already feel and look cleaner. Am looking forward to my next visit. Thx

I called to schedule an appointment for a regular routine check-up. I had not received one since I was 17, due to the receptionist being rude and giving my mother a hard time. As a 20 year old adult, I tried to schedule a new appointment and the same receptionist, Pam, refused to let me speak to Dr. Perez and harassed me over the phone. Very displeased with her and the office for continuing to let her work there despite the many awful things I have already heard about her with other friends' experiences!

I had been seeing Dr. Perez for years. One day I came in a week after having my teeth cleane to have two fillings replace that had just recently fallen out while I was flossing. Much to my surprise, after driving 24 miles there through heavy snow, I barely had both feet in the door when the receptionist informed me that my Medicaid was inactive, and therefore they would not be able to see me. Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile
