Poor communication, rude staff, and antiquated systems, including no patient portal. I attempted to communicate with staff and/or doctor via email, but there was no response, despite a follow-up call and follow-up email. It was only when an outside pharmaceutical representative let them know they were in danger of losing a patient (and the lucrative income from an expensive treatment plan) that a staff member called and left a message. The 2 doctors Perez performed cataract surgery and talked me into the expensive multifocal lens implant. A year later, my vision is still incredibly dim and blurred for about the first 10 feet of distance. I have been back at least 5 times and they and keep giving me eye drops and shooing me out the door. I am using bright lights and drug store glasses to even try to see at work.. They won't even prescribe a pair of glasses, or admit the implants are a problem.

eWorstexperience ever. Call from an appointment and gave all my insurance information and was told everything was fine. Gave me the appointment. After waiting 3 weeks when got to the office I was simply told the don't take my insurance. I'm a Multiple Sclerosis patient with severe eye symptoms in need of this appointment and because of the misinformation from the office now I have to find another office to get my appointment. The office personnel is very bad informed and lack of knowledge. Bad!

Clean environment. Did not schedule an appropriate post op appointment. Tried to call office to see when I could be seen and they said they would call back but never did.
