Tengo años de ir el doctor luis perez es bueno pero ya nunca se encuentra el personal dan un pésimo servicio no se les puede aser ni una pregunta porque lo mandan a uno ala mmm están en el lugar equivocado

Front staff is rude and doesn't answer the phone. It is difficult to get an appointment. It takes a month or two and it's usually with the NP. I have shared this with Dr. Perez. When I do see him, he is attentive to my health and discussing results.

The rudeness over the phone is just disgusting and the lack of professionalism is ridiculously disturbing. Seeing a PA at that place is like playing Russian roulette, they always seem so confused. The only time I have full confidence at this place is when I see Dr Perez, he’s the only exception.
