I was going to use Perez Solutions to have my daughters car repaired, glad I read the reviews, I definitely want be doing buisness with this company.
Always late or won’t show up when needed. Very unreliable. Does not communicate well. Not worth your time or money.
Communication and execution have been horrible. I turned in my vehicle for warranty work, and didn't hear a peep for 2 weeks nearly. Upon making contact, a pickup day was decided. When I arrived, the back of my car was still open/dismantled with parts visible. Secondly, my key was somehow not with the car (I was asked if I had a spare). This was for a pickup, mind you. I have a2008 Prius that I assumed needed the hybrid battery repaired or replaced after talking to other mechanics and because of my distance from other mechanics I really needed someone to do a home visit.
