Always late or won’t show up when needed. Very unreliable. Does not communicate well. Not worth your time or money.
Communication and execution have been horrible. I turned in my vehicle for warranty work, and didn't hear a peep for 2 weeks nearly. Upon making contact, a pickup day was decided. When I arrived, the back of my car was still open/dismantled with parts visible. Secondly, my key was somehow not with the car (I was asked if I had a spare). This was for a pickup, mind you.
