Dr. Lisa Perez Grossman and her staff are exceptional. From our first visit the Dr got to know my girls, sat with them, talked with them, and made them feel comfortable — something you don’t find now a days which is something I appreciate about her greatly. The staff has always been easy to speak with and make appointments .
We are extremely happy with this pediatric office and the care Olivia receives here. Everyone is always kind, attentive, and welcoming, and we truly feel comfortable every time we come in. Dr. Tatiana is wonderful. She always takes the time to listen to all of my questions and concerns and explains everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. Very disappointing experience I chose this pediatric office because of its location and because the practice is presented as being led by Dr. Lisa Perez-Grossman. I brought my two children, ages 14 and 16, for appointments. Unfortunately, during two visits, we were seen by a nurse practitioner rather than the physician, and I was not clearly informed beforehand that the doctor would not be seeing my children.
