This company came out to quote me for removing a tree that had fallen due to storm Helene. During the consultation/quote I asked them could they complete the work and refrain from parking/working on my grass and they advised yes (I asked this because I know my yard is tough to navigate). The day the work was done the first thing the site manager does is park his truck on my grass. I asked him to move it and he decides to move the truck over and remain on the grass. This company did a fantastic job of removing trees, grinding stumps and cleaning up our back yard! I highly recommend this company!! They left a card out on my mailbox and I called them same day. They came right out shortly after my call request for an estimate. They gave me a great price!!! I scheduled them for next day. They came out earlier than scheduled, which worked out great! Asked to setup in-person visit for quote. On the day they were supposed to visit no follow-up occurred and asked to confirm the time for the visit…which still never happened. Texted them after and no response.
Please don't tape cards to my mailbox especially when the neighborhood has "no soliciting" signs.
Was looking for a quote on property cleanup. Texted them requesting to arrange a quote. They asked for my address and then nothing. The following day they suddenly showed up while I was at work without warning. They rang my cell six times while I was on a work call. No discussion on what I wanted and texted that it would be $600. I have attached a picture of the interaction minus my address. I texted and told them it was customary to arrange a time for these things and told them to leave. Nope!
