This is a gym on Fort Jackson Army Installation, so you have to have military identification to access the military base. This gym has everything my spouse and I needed to get a great workout in recently. They have a cardio room, saunas, racquet ball courts, free weights and machine weights. The staff is always very professional, and the gym is always maintained to a high standard of cleanliness .
Tried Perez Fitness Centre for the first time and honestly, I’m glad I did. Walking in as someone new to the place, I expected to feel a bit out of place, but it was the complete opposite. The environment felt welcoming, the space was clean, and everything looked well put together. The staff and trainers were friendly and easy to talk to. They didn’t make me feel pressured or uncomfortable, which really helped me settle in quickly.
