I have excellent insurance coverage and Perez is on my provider list. Dr. Perez came into the room after 1 hr. 15 minutes and abruptly informed me that I would have to pay $125 up front for an exam because my insurance would not cover an exam. CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS? I told her that the exam is considered part of the treatment and is covered as are two x-rays, but she wanted cash up front.
