I just got my roof replaced by Perez. They did a very nice job and they cleaned everything up at the end. They gave me the best estimate out of almost a dozen roofing companies. Perez actually did a First Responder discount, not like places that say the will then don't. They got the roof replaced very quickly too, I didn't have to wait weeks. It's good to give business to a smaller company too. The guys who worked were friendly and they got it done so fast! I would recommend them. The roof also has a good warranty.
