I was provided excellent service! From beginning to end I received timely responses, the estimate by comparison beat the five competitors I received estimates from. The roof was done professionally, including tear-off, replacement of wood in problem areas, flashing, and clean up. I highly recommend this company for roofing needs!

I would highly recommend Perez Exteriors. They were very professional. They stayed in communication from start to finish. Removed 2 layers of shingles. And put new shingles on same day. They cleaned the gutters out. And cleaned up all the old debris. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
