Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name Would you recommend this provider to others? Absolutely Not Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood Does this provider remember you by name? Save your time and money.This DR does not use state mandated xray equipment to do spine injections.He is running what is known as a pill mill.Most of the people who are really in pain have made complaints.If you need a good Dr.Look for Ken Zahl Right down the road.Mr Perez is a terrible doctor.I had asked for my medical records and never received them.He talks about patients,and makes fun of people.
