We love Perennial! We have been members for over 25 years. We love it so much that we bought a house near by. So right now we have 2 floating weeks for a three bedroom unit that we would like to rent for $1000 per week. It's great if you are traveling with a crowd as the unit sleeps 10 people. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It’s clean, well kept, quiet, and our hotel room was very spacious (enough to fit 5 of us very comfortably). I have no idea why anyone would give a bad review, I guess people are much pickier than we are. We’ll be back next year for sure!!
