Perennial Properties doesn't care about their residents AT ALL. Worst management company I've ever dealt with. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.
No I'd never recommend
I have lived in Highland Walk for serval years now and have always liked it, however, lately the service has fallen off. For example, tonight my toilet leaked and left about a 1/4 inch of water on the floor. The maintenance man said he would fix it tomorrow as he lives an hour away and that I could use the bathroom at the pool. Which is closed overnight. Do NOT live in any building managed by this company. A dishonest team focused more on occupancy level than the overall living condition of their residents.
Provide heat in the winter and A/C in the summer.
Spent 1 unhappy year at 909 Broad in Athens, GA. I avoid these slumlords like the plague now. Don’t need my money supporting the owner’s art collection.
Hottest places to live in Atlanta. You won't find a better place to live and they have cool events.
What a fantastic property at Highland Walk. The entire staff from management to leasing to facility and groundskeeping management are just that, fantastic. They care. They work with you. They fix things rapidly and try to think outside the box. They have activities that get people together though we could do more. They are developing a way for us to communicate with the neighbors of the community, I hope. They are finding partners in the neighborhood for special discounts.
