It was so refreshing to work with honest and hard working roofers. Jake and his team are exceptional. Jake was on top of every detail and followed up with me after every step to ensure I was pleased with the work. Jake also inspected our rent house after the recent hail storm and reported that the roof is in great condition and required no repair or replacement. This reaffirms that Perennial is not the type of company just trying to sell you something. Their integrity is obvious and made the process stress free.
