RecommendedWe had a great experience this morning with Ms Diane, Dr Perelmuter and Ms Gaby. Our office visits leading up to the appt for braces went well too. All of the staff we have encountered have been very welcoming and friendly. My son is on the spectrum and has some sensory issues. Ms Jenna did great with him getting his X-rays and pictures, and today Ms Diane did such a wonderful job working with him and being so patient to make sure he was okay. I am grateful that the appt went so well.
We choose this office after doing 7 other orthodontist consults. My teen has a lot of complex medical stuff going on (including cranio-facial issues) and Drs. Perelmuter and Goldberg took the time to make sure they researched his conditions before making a recommendation. The doctors and staff were very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They are the best orthodontists in Louisville. I have been out of braces for 8 years with them and recently had an issue with my retainers. (yes they last that long) They fixed it so quickly and were more than happy to help me!

The staff is nice, but Dr Perelmuter is rude, pushy and unprofessional. I went to their office to have an evaluation for my 12 year old daughter. She has a little overbite, which we knew, and we wanted to see what her options were. About the third sentence from Dr Perelmuter was “does her gummy smile bother you?” excuse me? “all the gums that show when she smiles, do you mind that?” I was floored.
