If I could give this property management company zero stars, I would. Their lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability made living in the building far more stressful than it should have been. Maintenance requests were often ignored or took an unreasonable amount of time to address, and getting a response from the management office was incredibly difficult. Peregrine manages the property myself and my girlfriend rent in Providence. They consistently do not follow up on simple requests like screens and blinds for windows. Raise rent with no regard to the integrity of the unit. They do not keep up with landscaping or lead paint inspections and give extremely short notice when access to the unit is needed.
They don't care about their tenants' concerns.
