My husband and I came for a tour. My entire interaction with the guide was all of 10 minutes. She just threw a packet at us and we viewed the which was 5 steps from the office and came back to the office. Then she dismissed us. She didn’t say more than 3 sentences to us. It definitely seemed like she was judging us because we are younger. Very disappointing. Would not recommend very degrading experience.
I HAVE BEEN LIVING HERE FOR TWO YRS NOW AND MANAGEMENT HAS CHANGED A FEW TIMES BUT NOW WE HAVE MADISON AND CRYSTAL AS OFFICE MANAGERS THEY ARE EXTREMELY WONDERFUL THEY HAVE REALLY TURNED THIS PLACE AROUND THE OFFICE IS ALWAYS OPEN THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY PATIENT WITH YOU IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT ANYTHING THEY GET ON TOP OF ANY PROBLEM BEFORE IT ACTUALLY BECOMES ONE. I CAN GO ON ON ABOUT THESE LADIES BUT YOU WILL HAVE TO LIVE HERE TO EXPEERIENCE THE PEACEFULNESS. THANK YOU LADIES ARE THE BEST MANAGERS EVER.
Original review written in September 2025. I'm editing and updating this on January 22, 2026. Noisy neighbors were an issue. It's been resolved. The new team managing the place has dealt with it, and things are improving rapidly here. They really earned a 5-star review. So I'm changing it back to that. The building is good. in 2 and a half years we switched through 7 different managements. iv had my packages stolen, my whole apartment flooded from neighbors above me.( now i have a new one, he's cool). heat goes out at leat every winter so far. now withthis new management we constantly getting double charged for utilities, so we constantly have to stay on our utilites. then things get back dated so it looks like it was already in there. thankful for screen shots. this will be my last lease here. its not worth moving and paying almost 2500 after ... read more
i’ve been living here since mid november and i couldn’t be happier. Madison helped me with my move in process and with a few other things and both the leasing and maintenance team have both been great. very happy with this place.
