Writing this on September 18, 2025. It's loud. It's SO loud here. I moved in late spring of 2024, and it was not like this. Because I'm not talking about the rugby field across the street or the nearby fire department. That's just city living, that stuff is bound to generate noise. No, the issues of noise come from select residents. The walls and floors are not thin, but some residents are so routinely noisy that it doesn't matter how thick the walls are. I like living here on the balance. My apartment is maintained well enough for me. Indoor common spaces are always clean. No pests, despite the slums that surround this place! Now onto the complaints. The shrubbery out front is full of beer bottles, the security sucks, and the management is a revolving door. (I will miss you, Mark.) The beer bottles are a constant presence. I’ve had such a great experience with Mark. He is professional, reliable, and always quick to respond whenever a concern comes up. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, and they go above and beyond to make sure the property is well taken care of. It’s clear they truly care about both the property and the residents. I couldn’t ask for a better property manager!
