I had a very bad experience I had with Peregrine recently. I called for a quote and was told they would call me right back after talking with a tech, but I heard nothing. I called again the next day and got an appointment set up for the following Monday afternoon. On Monday, the tech said he came in - saw what he thought was the issue - and thought that he probably should have just declined the service as it was over his breadth of knowledge... but decided to just try fixing anyway.
